Volunteer cuddles duck

Hello friends!

Happy Spring everyone! Everything is starting to bloom around parts of Colorado and color is coming back to the cheeks of the countryside, so to speak. This is such a fun time of year and, as always, there is plenty going on around the barn.

First and foremost, we are in need of an additional 1-2 volunteers on May 7th from 10am – 1pm. We have a partnering school coming out to the barn and we are in need of some assistance to help with the group as well as with the animals. If you are interested and can join us, please go HERE to sign up and for additional information. We look forward to seeing you then and appreciate your help so much!

We have some VERY happy little ducks and chickens as well as Beatrix the Bunny. They all got to move into their newly completed Coop Enclosure recently! It is a refurbished barn for the gang with an approximate 50 ft. x 24 ft. enclosure around it. The mesh is buried 3 ft. down all the way around and stretches overhead to keep them all safe and sound. This set up allows for the sun shine to come in while completely keeping the predators out. A huge round of applause and gratitude to every single volunteer that invested their time and energy into this project. We are so very thankful!

Don’t forget ladies, June 30th is our first Women’s Retreat Day here at the barn! We will meditate with the animals, learn about and communicate with our spirit animals, enjoy some healing yoga together and share stories. Stay tuned as we will have more specific details for you regarding this retreat in the coming weeks! For now, just mark your calendar. We would love to have you join us!

COMING SOON!!! We will be announcing our new out-of-this-world, FUN t-shirts that we have coming down the pipeline. Make sure to stay tuned for that as well! We think you all are going to love them as much as we do! They have been reviewed by and approved by our animal friends too. We can’t wait to share them with you all.

That is all for now! You can always keep up to date with what we have going on here at the barn by following us on Facebook, Instagram, or on our main website. Donations are always welcomed with the utmost gratitude and don’t forget, if you fall in love with one (or more) of our beautiful animal family members, sponsorship is always appreciated by all of us.  Thank you again for your continued support and love. You are appreciated!
