Project: THRIVE is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, founded in 2009.
We are a passionate group, dedicated to sharing the importance of Animal and Environmental Welfare, through Awareness, Education and Compassionate Action!
Our intention is to be a community resource for all things related to the humane treatment of animals, advocacy for animal and environmental welfare, focusing primarily on companion animals, but including ALL animals. We want to collaborate with other positive animals’ rights advocates, humane educators, school educators and peaceful environmental activists.

Project: THRIVE’s founder – Jinna Russell – is a Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice that specializes in Animal Assisted Therapy. She is an animal and environmental advocate and is passionate about teaching and practicing respect for all living beings and things. Her family includes grown children, four grandkids, rescued companion animals and all the rescued farm animals at the Project: THRIVE barn.
